3mensio Structural Heart used to investigate prevention of peri-procedural injury

For both transcatheter mitral and tricuspid valve procedures it is important to assess adjacent structures to prevent peri-procedural injury. The group of Prof. Alkhadi from University Hospital of Zurich investigated the anatomic relationship between mitral valve/circumflex and tricuspid valve/RCA in normal patients and patients with severe MR/TR.

Assessment was performed using dedicated tooling in 3mensio Structural Heart.
